Perry County uses Syscon to index public county records electronically. While it is free to search for records, it is not free to view and download these records.

To view and download records, the user must register for an account (if you will be accessing the Counties frequently) or provide credit card information for a one time pre-paid session (if you only want one or two documents).

*Public records in Syscon date back to August 26, 2008 to the present.

Public records are also available in the Perry County Courthouse, in the Probate Office. A fee will be assessed for copies of public records.
