The Perry County Board of Registrars is comprised of three members who serve a four- year term of appointment. The appointments are made by the Governor, State Auditor, and the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries.

The Board of Registrars presides over the first phase of the election process, registering voters in and outside the office and maintaining the records of all registered voters within the county.
